Negative: It is a bit narrow road, therefore it is uneasy to access property for some not experienced drivers. There was some unexpected experience in our stay. Early in the morning, when family was getting ready for the breakfast, local workers got into the house without any awareness and started to change broken window. We had to move to the backyard in order to finish breakfast. It would be much appreciated from property owner, to wait until our checkout and then organise all essential works.

Positive: We loved everything about this place. It is the perfect location to experience the best of Balaton: amazing views of the lake and the hills. The beach is a short 15-20 min walk, but we almost didn't even want to leave the beautiful garden, where the small pool and the grill was amazing. It was very comfortable for our family vacation with 5 adults and a baby. The kitchen and the house overall are very well equipped, and when we were missing something, the owners were amazing at communication and providing everything immediately. I will absolutely return!

Positive: Everything! Very well equipped kitchen, had everything we need. There was a barbecue set in the backyard which we used a lot. The backyard was big and had beautiful vines! The view from the house to the lake was amazing! Pool, table with chairs and umbrella were great. We got a bottle of wine and soda water in the fridge, coffee capsules, nespresso, milk frother + moka available. We really enjoyed everything, we appreciated that we could bring a dog and also that there was a big cot for a child. The host was very kind and helpful, thank you!
Negative: The house was a bit smaller than I expected, but still was ok, the big table was very nice to hang out. Would've been amazing if there would be a couch, but there's no space for it. Would've been nice if there was a trash bin in the bathroom downstairs and a bigger bin in the kitchen. Also hand towels in the bathroom (we got small individual ones) and some basic shower gel, maybe shampoo/conditioner. More than one lounge chair in the backyard would be nice too. All of these were just very small details, the house is excellent!! obs.: in Google maps it appears as Badacsonytomaj, Föld út 9, 8258, but it seems the number is 19, would be nice to change it in Google maps to make it easier to find! :)
