Positive: Staff. Parking. Food. Breakfast. The location is right in the city centre. Close to supermarkets and malls. We did not use the spa facilities. The staff is very professional and helpful. Check-in and check-out smooth. We liked this place because it has an old-fashioned charm and great attention to detail. The mountain view directly from our room was stunning.

Negative: The TV did not work very well.

Summary: Recommended.
