Positive: Nice and close to bike park Wales and the train station. Good heating in the house

Negative: The hob had a mind of its own the hot plates were on and hot where they should have been off this could be dangerous. Parking can be a bit of an issue. The property is nice enough however the garden could use a good tidy up. The house could be cleaner definitely in need of a dust. That said it's the cheapest accommodation I could find and I guess you get what you pay for.

Summary: Nice enough but could be nicer!

Negative: Tight for parking. I had a van so had to reverse up the road. Not really an issue for me but some people might struggle

Negative: 1) There was no soap/ shower gel in the bathroom. 2) The floor in the master bedroom felt loose and unstable, as if it could give way underfoot.

Positive: RJ’s house is just lovely. Had everything we could have wanted, and was very well turned out. We were riding the incredible Bike Park Wales, and the location could not have been better. Beds were super comfy too, which after a days riding was an utter bobsend! Lovely garden which we didn’t make the most of, but would have if we’d had more time. Gavin popped by on our first night, and was super helpful and a lovely chap to chat too. Always good to meet nice folk 🙏🏻

Negative: The fact it’s not mine! It would be a wonderful place to have☺️

Summary: Perfect cottage, and the perfect location for Bike Park Wales.

Positive: Everything there that was needed Brill location Friendly neighbours Would stay again

Negative: Few cobwebs through the house ( I got them before we left) Back garden room for improvement, tidied up better, old toilet door in ruins........didn't spoil our stay but would just make it look and feel even better We loved it and would recommend to anyone

Positive: very comfortable, well maintained. surprisingly quiet as nearby trains are so quiet we only realised they were close when I saw one on day two! Nice little garden to chill in with side access for bikes etc. I loved the fact there was a bath as well as a shower. I doubted the on street parking was something they should advertise as available but was totally wrong, we never had a hint of a problem parking as it's a no through road (currently Google maps shows it further up the road but I can assure you it is at the dead end of the street. Would definitely stay again for the value, quick owner email responses and the fact it was just jolly nice.

Negative: please note everything here is being very picky as I struggled to find any issues. The oven hob was a little useless and hard to use effectively. and erm err.. the bathroom sink plug leaked...errr nope that's it.

Positive: Brilliant stay,house was very nice and cosy it had everything I needed.with a nice,big back garden with a picnic table in so if the weather is nice you can sit outside.has a nice secure shed with a metal key lock door for your bikes if your there for bike park wales, which is only 10 minutes drive away.also has a chip shop and 2 kebab takeaways a minute or 2 walk away..gavin and rachel always respond quick if you have any issues aswell...really enjoyed my stay here I will definitely be back again...a++++
