Positive: Exceptional stay – a hidden gem! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Station House. This is a beautifully equipped apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing time. The secure garage with an alarm system was perfect for storing our bikes safely, and being only a couple of miles from Bike Park Wales made it an ideal base for our cycling trip. There’s also plenty of off-street parking, which was very convenient. Inside, the apartment is modern, clean, and thoughtfully set up with all the comforts of home. The outside seating area is a real highlight — perfect for relaxing in the evening, and the bike wash-down point was a brilliant practical touch. The location is spot on too — close to local shops and amenities while still feeling peaceful. A huge thank you to Neil, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He kindly allowed us an early check-in as the property was ready, which made our arrival so much smoother. We highly recommend Station House to anyone — whether you’re here for mountain biking, exploring the area, or just wanting a comfortable base. This place is a true gem. We’d definitely return!

Positive: Great location with secure bike facilities. Lovely property and some really nice little touches like a brochure from Bikepark Wales. In addition, my daughter was really pleased with the chess set (until I beat her) and the fact the TV had Netflix, iPlayer and Amazon Prime was a bonus. Great communication and easy to find too. Will happily stay there again.

Negative: Took me a few cautious attempts to get my car into the parking area. I can't say this is a fault with the property, I happen to drive a massive car!

Summary: idyllic for Bikepark on a quiet little street with shops a stone's throw away. Brilliant.

Positive: It was clean and comfortable the railway station was close by and had a frequent connection service. There are a lot of takeaways within easy walking distance and a shop across the road so getting supplies or meals was also easy

Negative: It could use some more electrical socket ink the kitchen
