Summary: I recently stayed at the property with a friend while visiting my parents in Mountain Home. The home is very convenient to everything, in a residential neighborhood, and we were actually welcomed by a neighbor when we got there. The inside is clean and stocked with cookware, and the decor is nice. Not a con, but do note that one of the shower areas is a little small. Very nice rental and enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The property is very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated as advertised. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. There were only two things that detracted from the overall rating of this property. The first was that there isn't any place to spend time outside (no patio, deck, or chairs). The second was that the home is located near several schools and a hospital and near an intersection with a stop sign. That means that a steady stream of cars beginning at 6:30 a.m. all have to stop and accelerate at the intersection right in front of the house on week day mornings during the school year. I would also add that the price listing for this property is a bit misleading in that the daily rate advertised is actually much higher when all the fees are added in.
