(With the canyon setting, there's no cell service, so you'll need a Wifi compatible phone)
Let's get to the river! The property has its own direct access to the river, which flows steadily all year long. (This access point isn't ideal for folks with mobility issues, but there are three river crossings close by which are). Bring your kayaks, tubes, and other water toys in order to make the most of your private access!
Outside, you'll find plenty of social space, with a wraparound patio, deck, and a screened-in gazebo, all with plenty of outdoor furniture and shade. For snacks and cookouts, there's a charcoal grill, and even a convenient outdoor sink! The water at the ranch is filtered by a whole-home conditioning system.
Plentiful windows allow natural light to fill the interior at Roadrunner Canyon Ranch, and the home is kept comfy with central air, heat, and ceiling fans. The living area and master bedroom have Roku-ready TVs. Books and games are provided for the kids, as well as a play area with a rock-climbing wall, large slide, and loft-style hideout, with Wifi throughout all rooms. The house accommodates up to 10 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests, and each additional guest is $20 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Requirement for the primary guest to be at least 25 years old to rent.
Children are welcome on the property.
Pet allowance for a maximum of 3 pets; however, cats are not accepted.
Pet fee is $25 per day, per pet; potential discounts available for longer stays.
