Summary: We loved the cabin. Plenty of shade and trees to hang a swing and hammock from. Had so many activity items like corn hole, big jenga blocks, uno cards, and dominoes (to name a few). The littles and adults loved the games. There were plenty of seating options inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. The hostess showed us to an area of the river down the road and even waded in to sweep moss off the rocks so the littles wouldn't slip and fall. There was an open line of communication the whole time and they were quick to answer any questions we had, even guided us when we needed help getting to river area that was safe for little ones. It was about a 5 minute drive.So peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. rre great they ettoddlers could go intwater.

Summary: Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend others staying there. Owners were super responsive quickly. Was truly a treasure of a find.

Summary: This place is in town, very convenient to everything, yet feels like you’re out of town because of the surrounding trees. Beautiful property and accommodations. Very well thought out and comfortable with lots of space. Communication was excellent. Never had any problems but I felt that response would be quick if there was. You will not want to leave!

Summary: The pictures do not do this place justice! It far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Rick, the host, was great with communication and flexibility. The house was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely return!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the location is close enough to stores to pick up anything else that you may need. We enjoyed exploring the property and our morning walk by the creek. We did struggle to find the location based off of the GPS coordinates we were sent. After locating the property, we had no issues at all.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay! This was our first time visiting Frío River at Garner State Park so we stayed in Leakey, TX. The host is very friendly and suggested near by areas to check out. I called the host a couple of times because I was a little lost and she was so nice about didn’t mind at all. She’s only a text away. There is a small grocery store near by for groceries. 10/10 recommend. My family and I are definitely staying here again in the future.
