Our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Roath Park is the perfect choice for families or groups looking for comfortable and inviting accommodation.
Everyone can gather and relax in a large, open living area. The lovely garden extends perfectly from the fully equipped kitchen/dining area.
Roath Park Lake is just a 2-minute walk from the house where you can enjoy a leisurely waterside walk.

GROUND FLOOR - 1 king bedroom, shower room and WC, Kitchen, dining and living room, garden.
FIRST FLOOR - 1 king bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a common bathroom
SECOND FLOOR - An open plan double room. (Please note this bedroom is directly accessible from the stairs that lead from the first floor and does not have a partiton or door.)

The property consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining living space with a fully glazed floor to ceiling window with double doors to a patio area and artificial grassed garden providing ample space to relax and socialise.
You will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the whole property.

To avoid disturbance and parties on our premises, we have our Quiet Time rule and are alerted only if it's too noisy.
