Positive: From the easy check in, upon opening the door, and seeing the facilities available. There was plenty of space and everything that you could need. Lovely kitchen area, with jars of cereals, biscuits with cafetiere coffee in the fridge before going through to the living room and stunning views across open fields. Large bathroom with corner bath/shower and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, TV easy to use (unlike some places I've stayed). As I had travelled for work, I wasn't there long enough, wish could have stayed longer.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.
Summary: Lovely find had everything I required.

Negative: Guests are requested to park their vehicles away from the property. However, the guest above me in number 8 parked his vehicle right outside my window completely obscuring any outlook. Thought the owner should have asked them to move the vehicle. This is the fourth time of staying at this property, each time in a different room. Unfortunately my expectations were slightly dented as this room was the smallest of all the ones I've had for a very similar price. The outside of the property is looking rather neglected.

Positive: The chalet was extremely very comfortable and extremely well equipped. It was obvious that a huge amount of thought, care and effort had gone into its furnishing and equipment. I stayed free for 5 nights and wanted to self cater and this accommodation was very well set up for that.

Positive: It was very difficult to find a taxi from YO43 4SQ to the hotel. Upon getting there the staff made a confusion to my booking. We were given something different then we booked for, then later once we were settled we have to change again.
Summary: My stay wasn’t that comfortable and stressful due to the lack of taxi or uber services.
