Positive: Comfortable room, well equipped. Plenty of tea, coffee, cakes etc available. Excellent breakfast
Negative: Getting in! Couldn’t trace having been give. Instructions regarding entry before arrival. We missed the sign with instructions which was on the front t gate, the writing is small and a bit worn and the sign was easily missed in the dark and the rain.
Summary: Great place to stay, once you get in.

Positive: Received a warm welcome despite booking a room and hour before arrival. Superb surroundings and history to go with the location and old farm.
Negative: The location. The hospitality, The very comfortable and quite room with a modern touch. Very clean, room balcony in the garden is a nice touch. A minute walk away is the Robin Hood inn which serves great food and drink. Ample parking at the farm bnb, local hiking routes from the doorstep.

Positive: Fabulous hosts. Nothing too much trouble, very helpful and friendly. My mother was celebrating her 90th birthday and they made our trip perfect
Negative: Two very minor points. We couldn’t get the television to work in our room and the shower head needs replacing or descaling
