Summary: I stayed for one month at Anna's place in Langford! Overall, for the price I would say it was very worthwhile for what I was there for- working remotely for a month while enjoying the fall scenery. :) Communication: Anna's overall communication was super fast! She would usually reply to me within an hour if I had any quick questions, and generally did a great job prepping me for before my arrival, as well as notified me of password for Wi-Fi and amenity usage within the first 30 minutes of my stay Amenities: overall The amenities that this rental are rather basic- there's a full stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, pots and pans. There's a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster which was nice to have. Basics provided: it was nice that there was enough toilet paper for me to last a month, as well she provided laundry pods for the laundry machine, and soap and shampoo for the shower. This saved me a lot of hassle in the first few days I was there! The location: overall, the location is close to local stores for groceries, and very close to the outdoors (as most places are on the island 😊). This is very much a suburb neighborhood though, so if you want something more in the city you'll have to go closer to victoria- but for someone from Toronto, the 20-minute drive to get all the way downtown was honestly not much of a hassle ;) Overall a lovely stay!

Summary: Decent place for the price. Some wear and tear but clean and stocked with amenities. Could use a table lamp or 2 as there’s only the overhead light in the main area. Some noise from upstairs but during normal hours so not a problem.

Summary: When arrived noticed the fridge was dirty and the toilet wasn’t working, bathroom shower had hairs and the beds needed upgrade. Would be nice to have more ustensils( only 1 per each so 4 in total) No access to the yard.

Summary: Was an ok stay but there is a lot of noise between the units. We were awaken three nights between 4am and 5am while people got ready upstairs.

Summary: The suite was immaculately clean and had everything you could need (fully-equipped kitchen, new towels, washer & dryer, tv with Netflix). The bedroom has a queen bed with single trundle that slides from under and living room has a Queen sofa bed. Family is quiet but you might hear a few footsteps when they rise at 6:30-8:30 am. 5 min to Langford mall/grocery/drug/restaurants, 10 min drive to lots of beaches (Witty, Coberg, Thetis Lake), and 20 min to downtown Victoria (breweries, etc). We’ll definitely stay here again.
