Summary: We changed next day our room, because of too many stairs to clim up. Special for older people very dangerous to fall. The other room was perfect. Service and cleaning was very good.

Summary: It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view.

Summary: I stayed during off peak. While some amenities were not available due to renovations during off peak hours (on site restaurant/fitness room), the staff made every effort to accommodate individual needs. Room service was available and was timely and delicious. Local restaurants were available for order-in. Shuttles were available for excursions. The Spa staff were accommodating to time and professional. It was easily one of my most treasured vacations. Highly recommend the Rocabella resort.

Summary: We loved this hotel, very clean, modern; excellent hospitality personnel and it has a beautiful view without the crowds of Fira and Oia. I would recommend renting car, they have a parking lot in the hotel, yes you can go walking to Imerovigli, some 15 minutes but if you rent a car. But is not so close walking to Fira or Oia (although is next to the trail, I would recommend you only walking to Imerovigli… the views are in the hotel)
