Guest Review: " House is clean and inviting, with a nice little fenced-in back yard. The home is lightly stocked with all the essentials needed for a stay away from home. The kitchen has ample equipment for basic meal prep. However, the attention to detail is what really set this property apart and made for the perfect weekend stay! We found bottled water and soda in the fridge, popsicles in the freezer, some toys and books for children, wine for mom, and best of all- there was a high chair tucked away in one of the closets!! Convenient entry into home, with key pad entry, and parking steps away from entry, with attached garage. Very responsive owner who is easy to communicate with.
A relaxing, convenient 3 bedroom house for leisure or business trip. Located near 1-30 and 1-90 George Bush. 20 Minutes away from Downtown. Close to the lake!

The area is nice, quite and safe in an older neighborhood. Great space for entertaining guest or simply unwind and relax in the living room. One car garage with separate storage as a bonus! You can cook your favorite dish in a updated granite countertop kitchen. Basic things for cooking provided. Sleep and enjoy your own privacy in the comfortable beds. Masters has queen size bed, 2 nd room has full size bed and 3rd room has full size confy bed. Air mattress can be an option, can be set up in common area. Air conditioning or heater at your comfort. Ceiling fans are available. Washing machine and dryer provided.

Summary: We were in between houses, waiting to close on ours, and opted to stay in this VRBO. The house is centrally located to the City and has great access to amenities. The house itself is clean, maintains its AC well and the owner was very responsive and attentive. Would recommend this rental for a family of 4!

Summary: Very pleased with the property and our stay. The Hostess was the best I've ever dealt with. Thank you for a blessed stay. We were able to celebrate with 59 of our immediate family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Summary: Found the perfect place to stay on our girls Christmas shopping trip! Very close to all the stores and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood! Jane was very polite, check in was easy, and she even left champagne for us!

Summary: Great house and location in a very busy area. Close to grocery, drugstore and hospital. Owner was quick to respond to a minor issue. Very kid friendly!

Summary: Beautiful home. Owners took care of any questions promptly. The little extras, such as drinks in the fridge, truffles on the counter, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap provided for each guest. Wonderful experience.

Summary: We had a great little stay! Home was cute and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay- especially with a 2 year old. There was even a high chair and some toys tucked away in the closet. House was stocked with coffee, water, soft drinks, popsicles and even a bottle of wine and chocolate. We will definitely return!

Summary: This house was perfect for my 92 year old mom, a part-time caregiver and myself. It was so much better than staying in a hotel for 6 days while our furniture was being moved from Houston to our new house in Rockwall. The house is well-kept and has everything we needed for our stay. Jane gave us our privacy but she also got back with me immediately when I had a few questions (mostly my fault because I can't figure things out easily!). It was a lovely experience for us and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing private stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful time visiting friends and family in Rockwall/Rowlett area. The house was perfect and because it is pet friendly we didn’t have to leave the puppies at home. We recommend this location!
