Positive: We enjoyed having access to the Clark Fork River. Not only were we able to walk up to it and touch the water but we could view the beautiful scenery on the slopes as well. When we first arrived, we were awestruck by the beautifully landscaped ranch property with plant species of various colors and textures and cows in the pastures. The scheduled breakfast was made to order and served promptly. For breakfast we were served yoghurt with fresh fruit, juice, delicious coffee, huckleberry jam, and an entrée that consisted of bacon, scrambled eggs, potato patty and toast. Everything was delicious. We also appreciated the owners sharing their local knowledge to places we would not have ventured to explore otherwise. These memorable areas are Thompson Falls Pass, Kootenai Falls and Ross Creek Cedars.
Negative: It was hard-pressed to find something we didn’t like about this place. The only negative relates to the volume level coming from some of the guests as they walked by our window, since our room was on the ground level.
Summary: Our stay at the ranch has left us with a happy lasting experience of Montana.

Positive: The grounds were beautiful. The bed room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom with the jacuzzi was a bonus. Breakfast was extra good. My wife really enjoyed the fishing in the river next to the ranch.
Summary: We just came off a condoning campsite and it was nice to enjoy a little luxury!
