This beautiful 3,000 sq/ft home is located in Choya Bay close to the Tuscon beach and walking distance to JJ's Cantina Restaurant. Youโ€™ll love my place because of the Coziness, Beautiful Ocean Views from the second story balcony and the comfy beds.
The Balcony upstairs has plenty of sitting area for a barbeque day and at night perfect for stargazing. Upstairs grill is charcoal and downstairs grill is propane.
This home has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
The upstairs has two separate Master Suite with King beds in each room, private bathrooms and balcony.

Summary: The house was perfect! Plenty of rooms for all the kids. Love the deck it was amazing to go out there early morning. Easy access to the beach. Only 10 minutes from town which made it nice. Also a plus there was a park right across the the street. Will definitely look at staying there again!

Summary: We had a great experience renting this house, the emails had all the necessary information needed and the host responded to all my messages. When we arrived arrived the house manager came as soon as we called him and was super polite. We will rent this house again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful home.

Summary: We loved the home and love where it was...in the quiet town of Cholla Bay. We loved walking to the beach to explore and also to a cute breakfast place in the little town. Home was plenty big and awesome. Loved the outdoor balcony!

Summary: Great place for an extended family stay. We spent a lot of time at the house playing games and cooking and the set up worked well. There is no oven and no satellite TV but the house is perfect for a family who wants to hang out and spend time together. Close to everything in Cholla. Owner is very attentive and responsive.
