Positive: The staff were very friendly and after the initial complications at check-in, the rest of the stay was wonderful. The maintenance staff were working overtime following a huge snowstorm. The one working hot tub was good.

Negative: There was only one working hot tub out of the four on the property - thankfully I was the only one who wanted to use it.

Summary: Excellent staff makes the stay wonderful!
