Cute and cozy 2 bed 2 bath home on dead end quiet street. Home is within walking distance to Elks Pool and Spray Park, and also a quick and cheap Uber/Lyft to explore downtown Grand Forks. Dedicated work area with office desk in back room leading to deck. Enjoy outdoor seating on deck with a small propane fire pit during beautiful North Dakota summer evenings. Have some fun grilling on either the propane gas grill or Traeger Pellet smoker!

Summary: We were so impressed with this sweet, cozy little house. It had everything you could possibly want and more! Due to the nature of our visit to the area we didn’t spend much time at the house unfortunately, but we were so happy with our stay. It truly felt as if we were being welcomed by someone who was happy to have us staying at their home. I’m hoping to be able to book this same location the next time we come to Grand Forks. The host and property exceeded our expectations

Summary: This home is super cute and cozy, yet plenty of space. It met our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and I was impressed by how well equiped the kitchen was if you are planning on cooking or baking at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We didn’t know what to expect from Grand Forks, but this house was everything it stated it was. In a quiet neighborhood, right by the pool and park, and easy to get downtown. We really enjoyed the comfortable house with everything you could need in the kitchen, game room, and office. It felt like a better version of our house and allowed us to relax and enjoy time with friends nearby. Would highly recommend for anyone needing an affordable and lovely home to stay in when visiting Grand Forks!
