Positive: I liked that someone was there to help with our reservation when it didn't get through electronically.
Negative: I was a little off put by the kiosk instead of a real person. The speakers weren't very good either so I had trouble understanding the lady even though I stood right at the kiosk. Also my electronic reservation didn't show up so the lady had to do something else to book my room. The machine wouldn't take cash as I intended to pay and I had to use a personal debit card for my business stay. Overall it was a good stay but there were a lot of problems just getting into the room.

Positive: the bed is very soft and the air conditioning works great
Negative: I found someone's nasty burgers from their nose on the side of the bath tub when I was using the restroom and they was on the way too in the restroom. I also found pubic hair in the shower.
Summary: The bed was so soft and you have lots of pillows.

Positive: I think for the price and for two nights it was fine for what we needed. Good location has a lot restaurants around. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
Negative: The bathroom wasn't very clean, and there was trash under the bed, so the carpet needs a deeper cleaning. They need to improve cleanliness because it's important for all guests.
