Summary: Stayed three nights. Not once was I offered fresh towels or linens. Linens had multiple stains. Musty odor. Also tried to cancel my last night and was told no refunds because I didn’t give them 48 hours notice, even though I myself didn’t have 48 hours notice. I understand that’s policy however I stayed 3 out of the four nights I had.

Summary: Desk lamp didn't work. TV had just one channel. Breakfast was not as promised. Not enough places to charge devices. Bedside lamps operated by wall switch only--had to get out of bed to turn lamps on or off. Won't be staying there again.

Summary: Nice and clean facility, polite staff. Room was clean and adequate amenities. Breakfast was nice n hot with eggs snd much more options. Overall good staying here

Summary: The lobby/dining area was noisy around the clock, due to a big pedestal fan running on high speed in the corner of the lobby. A high whining noise like a jet engine that made conversation difficult. This was the case the previous two times I’ve stayed here (both in the last 5 years). I assumed on those previous visits that the fan was addressing wet carpeting or flying insects, though neither was in evidence. Well, this is the 3rd visit. I asked the person in duty if he could turn it off while I ate my breakfast, and he did, though grudgingly. But he turned it back on the moment. I left the dining area and it remained running each time I passed through after that. So I am left to assume that, for whatever reason, management at this hotel thinks the place needs to be noisy all the time. I won’t be staying here again. Peace and quiet are not negotiable for me when choosing a place to rest.
