Positive: I gave points for changing my room but it was not easy. The second room was much better than the first which I will cover in the next answer. It had none of the problems I had in the first room. They were slow to give me a new room.

Negative: The room I was given initially was not livable. The TV had no remote. There was no hot water. No phone in the room. And it was a smoking room which I did not request. Also there were loud people next door. When I first reported I had no remote, I was told someone would come in half hour but he didn't come for two hours.

Quiet, nearby ice & vending machines Quaint simple breakfast - good coffee & OJ Adjacent Country Pride restaurant for any, all meals with small store for basic needs, gas Burger King drive thru, too & Dunkin Donuts

Negative: Wifi iffy at times- mostly over Thanksgiving weekend - Dunkin Donuts wifi not100% that weekend, too
