Summary: Stayed at Room 113. The room needs renovations. It’s falling apart. The closet aluminum is rusty. The comforter is old and has holes. The furniture is old and in bad shape. The toilet is too low. It’s about 16” from floor. The pillows are old and in bad shape. The A/C needs filter replacement. The walls shows some mildew and needs to be repainted. The general hotel administration is poor, and inadequate.
