The entrance is located on the second floor, which is the main floor featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and a welcoming living room. Ascend to the third level, where you'll find one bedroom, one bathroom, and a generously sized area encompassing a kitchenette, dining space, living room, and a dedicated game area. The bottom floor of the home is the garage, where you'll have access to one garage bay where you'll find kayaks and bikes. Please note that you must climb stairs to access the main level of the home.
Fully furnished for your convenience, the home includes TVs, linens, dishes, coffee pots, washer/dryer, cookware, crockpot, air fryer, and two grills. With over an acre of parking space available, your vehicles will find ample room to rest.

Summary: Our multi generational family of 15 people ranging in age from 8-81, wanted to extend our holiday time that included some skiing for 11 of us! We found the perfect spot at Rollin' on the River!! It is spacious, comfortable and ideal even for a group our size! The extra touches like the personal size toiletries were appreciated. From booking through the entire 3 days, Samantha was always prompt answering our questions. We spent our evenings playing games at the huge table which was amazing. The 4 teens loved the upstairs area where they could hang out. We highly recommend Rollin' on the River! We wish we could have relaxed ant the many outdoor areas but not the right season for that!! Thanks Samantha for a relaxing and fun family getaway.

Summary: We had some difficulties getting up the stairs into the home. We are not as young and in shape as we once were and there is no other way into the home without at least 16 steps. I did not realize this before booking. The home inside is beautiful and well arranged. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Overall the house suited our group very well. There was a lot of space on the patio for us to gather, plenty of seating, a fire pit, and the view of the river was great. Inside the house had plenty of sleeping space and a very nice table and chairs for meals together. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review was 1) the outdoor area was a bit dirty and full of cobwebs, and in need of some cleaning/washing, and 2) the road noise from the nearby road was a bit distracting - it’s a high traffic area. Other than that, very good.

Summary: very nice location and view. The house was very nice and spacious. We really liked it. (The outside spiders kept us from the swings too much and the hot tub at night and felt we had to run up the outside stairs to keep the spiders at bay. we were afraid to use the outdoor furniture bc there were just too many spiders around.) BUT the inside was AMAZING ...super comfy beds, lots of space, stocked kitchen, large table, plenty of room, and a gorgeous view. Also everything was in good order.

Summary: I thought it was so great to see 2 different coffee pots with coffee pods, extra toothbrush, little sewing kit, even some candy! We were only there for the weekend but those little things meant a lot! Home was very clean! Easy access and Walmart near for grocery needs. Would recommend.

Summary: The house was perfect for my clients large family. They enjoyed the river next to them, where the fished and swam. There is a park not too far from the house and a walking path. Overall it was perfect and beautiful.

Summary: Rolling on the River was a perfect location for our golf trip with a group of 12. The house was very clean on arrival/check in and ready to go. It was located very close to the course we chose and Hollywood Casino, which made getting around super easy. I would highly recommend to any group or family looking for a nice summer getaway.
