Positive: Extremely helpful and friendly host. Seriously one of the best ones I’ve encountered so far. Location is also good, there are a few buses that can take you to different locations in Rome. It’s a bit far from the airport, but we knew that when we were booking the place. It’s very picturesque since it’s located right next to a forest or a huge park I’m not sure. Rooms are nice and clean.
Negative: Cups could use a bit more cleaning.

Positive: Very good hotel. Everything is very clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The room has everything you need: plenty of wardrobes, a table, a TV, and even a balcony. The bathroom is large, and there are plenty of towels provided. The host is especially worth mentioning — very friendly, welcoming, and kind. Always available and ready to help with any questions. The location is convenient: about 40 minutes to the city center (Colosseum) and 30 minutes to the Vatican. The area is quiet, green, and pleasant.
Negative: No drawbacks were found

Positive: 30 minutes from the city centre by bus, very quiet area with a garden view, nice personal. The owner Gian Luca is very nice and helpful. There is a balcony in the kitchen with a nice view to have breakfast at.
Negative: There was only coffee machine, no kettle for marking tea. The breakfast is only sweet things like buns and cookies.

Positive: Very nice suburban neighbourhood. Very accommodating host, very friendly with lots of good practical advice. Location is close to bus routes Private balcony, very spacious bedroom and good storage space for clothes.
Negative: Parking is either on the street or underground which is a little awkward. Elevator to the third floor was not working during our stay.
Summary: If you’re using Rome’s transit system to explore, this is a good affordable location to stay.
