It’s newly decorated and refurbished. There are 2 BR, 2 bathrooms with windows, and 1 LR with a fully equipped kitchen. 1 of the bedrooms has a balcony.
It’s on a private street--quiet!-- filled with light, and spacious.

Summary: The host was amazing. He met us at apartment, after helping arrange transport to and from, and was very detailed with walking us through. Location is amazing and just about everything you'd want to see in Rome was walkable. Just across foot bridge was an amazing community of restaurants and shops. Apartment was super clean and no noise. I highly recommend.

The owner of the apartment could not have been more accommodating, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and we were made to feel right at home. Summary: We picked this apartment based on location, the beautiful interior, and spacious rooms, and it fit our needs perfectly. Our host made the check in process simple, was very quick to reply to any questions, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, which is just what we needed after a long day of travels. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend this place if you need a clean, spacious, and great city location, as it will work great for your needs!

Summary: The apartment was great and was comfortable for five of us. The location was close to everything we needed (food stores, gelato, restaurants) and all the places we wanted to visit. The only downside was the elevator was out of service most of our stay, which was hard since the apartment is on the 5th floor. Otherwise, it was a fantastic apartment and the host and his daughter were wonderful!

Summary: The apartment is fantastic- newly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the apartment had enough space and ia grocery store around the corner. The host and his representative were responsive and answered all of our questions. We had trouble figuring out how to use the combination clothes washer and dryer evem though there was a manual available (it was just hard to understand thr English translation) and, on a minor note, the elevator was broken while we were there (the apartment is on the sixth floor).
