Summary: Wonderful accommodations in a great location. The only challenge we had was the taxi driver didn’t know where to drop us off. Even though the hotel is in a great location, the street in front of the hotel is used only for the tram line.

Summary: Nice hotel in great location in middle of old Istanbul. Easy walk to all the sites. Very nice attentive service staff with a very good breakfast. Hamman baths in hotel were wonderful.

Summary: What a beautiful hotel! It’s very convenient to the tram so we had an easy time getting to the things we wanted to see. The buffet breakfast was very good—I liked that we could place an order for something like waffles or an omelet in addition to the buffet. The service was excellent on all levels. Also, they are partners with an hotel behind this hotel that has a beautiful rooftop restaurant for dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: Beautiful historic hotel in old part of town. Nicely taken care of, lots of antique details but modern touches. Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering in such a busy area. Great location to easily walk to many sights. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

Summary: The best about this hotel is the location and service. The staff is very professional and helpful. Hotel is within 15 minutes walking distance to the 2 main mosques: Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque. We walked to all major tourist sites. The street we were in was dedicated to tram only so that was pleasant, no noisy vehicular traffic that the city is known for. Bottled drinking water was readily available upon request. The interior decor was old world style, quite unique. The windows sound proofing was excellent, we could hardly hear street sounds from the 5th floor. We are initially concerned about the street noise so we requested an upper level room and they replied within 24 hours and put us on the top floor.Area was very safe, many dining options and even a few baklava shops ! We stayed in a room good for 3 and the 3rd person slept in a proper bed, not a rickety fold out sofa bed. I highly recommend this hotel.
