Distribution of the villa:



The house has 200m2 distributed in two floors connected by the interior of the house. On the main floor and at street level without stairs, we find the entrance of the house that gives access to a living room with fireplace with exit to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. A new and fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bathtub.

Through an internal staircase that is in the living room you can access the lower part of the villa, where you will find a room with a double bed (140 cm), a third room with a double bed (140 cm), and a fourth room with a double bed, very spacious and with an en suite bathroom with bathtub.

The whole house is south-facing and has plenty of natural light.



Outside of the villa:



With 2.000 m2 of plot, the entrance to the plot has space for several cars. From the main floor there is access to the pool with a large area for hammocks, with some beautiful wievs. The villa has several terraces and rest areas, and is in a perfect rural setting to disconnect and rest.



It is 1 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Perles", 3 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 4 km from the sandy beach "Cala Andrago,Moraira", 4 km from the rocky beach "Cala Baladrar,Benissa", 5 km from the town of Moraira, 90 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Alicante" and is located in an ideal family and rural area.

Summary: We had an amazing week’s break here - the view will be remembered for ever. Awesome view of the ‘rock’ and bay; sitting every evening and relaxing. Great large bedrooms and bathrooms for any family. Wish we could have stayed longer

Summary: We had a great time in villa Romani. I would definitely recommend it. The Guzman team has been very reactive with our different requests (additional dishes, plumbery needs). Some of the bathroom would require a bit of renovation but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house is in a quiet location with wonderful views. Aircondition is not available and would make the house perfect for a summer holiday. A vacuum cleaner also would make a great addition to the house.
