Summary: This was our 5th Italian vacation. We spent most of it in Tuscany and finished up in Rome. We've been to Tuscany a few times before, and without a doubt, this will be our home base next time for any areas within 1 to 1.5 hours away. The hostess is delightful and wants to meet your every need. The beautiful old stable is incredibly clean and comfortable. Getting in and out of town from your car is even easier, which if you know some of these towns, isn't always the case! It was a 5 minute walk to the car (if not less), and you were out of town in minutes. We had the chance to go to a local restaurant that was recommended and it was fabulous. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, that would be it! Lastly; I forgot my sunglasses there. I offered to pay and have them couriered to our next destination. Due to an upcoming weekend, that didn't work and so the daughter's boyfriend dropped them off at our B & B in Rome!! We were staying in the heart of the old city, so getting there to drop them off wouldn't have been quick and easy. I offered again to compensate them and they wouldn't have it. Above and beyond!

Summary: A long time traveler here. The charm of this authentic place can’t be overstated. Stunning actually. Very clean. Perfectly appointed. The breakfast every morning to any help you need. Right in the middle of the old town. If your lucky enough to book it you won’t be disappointed !

Summary: I stayed here by myself for 2 nights. The hosts were so warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. This is also easily the most comfortable bed/pillows I found in more than 2 weeks in Italy. Highly recommend. The breakfast is wonderful too.

Summary: This charming, romantic cottage was exactly what you think of when visiting a tiny Tuscan town. The home was extremely well appointed and immaculate. The furnishings are charming and we were very comfortable there. The couple that manages the property was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Summary: My wife and I traveled to Italy to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and spent four wonderful nights at this beautiful bed and breakfast. Centrally located on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in the center of a lovely village with a castle, it was perfect for many short-day trips to beautiful places like Spello, Assisi, Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sienna, and Perugia. We also enjoyed the small villages surrounding the lake. There were many shops and restaurants right outside the B&B, or within a short walking distance, but our room was always quiet and restful. The room we rented was much more like a small apartment and was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and romantic. We were treated so well by our lovely hosts who were among the friendliest and nicest people we met in Italy. Sadly, not everyone in Italy was happy to meet us "Americanos", but here we felt welcome and at home from the minute we arrived. Breakfast was amazing, and milk, coffee, juices, and treats awaited us every time we came home. Our hosts shared many helpful suggestions about where to eat and visit, and we loved every one of them. Every part of our stay was magical and we will never forget our time here and the lovely people who opened their home to us! We hope to return here again someday soon!
