Summary: The rental is meticulously cleaned, huge spacious rooms, beautiful high ceilings & the bed is super comfortable. The views are breathtaking. Delightful pool, and beach is steps from the pool. Highly recommend!!

Summary: Very nice space! The condo was well appointed and roomy. Had a few issues w/ the dryer and connectivity to WI-FI. Nice and quiet but will require golf cart for transportation in/out of Placencia.

Summary: Big place, amazing views, and wonderful location. Wifi worked great inside, I didn’t try the tv so I can’t comment on that. AC worked great, even after the living room didn’t work, the bedroom was strong enough to keep the main room fairly good. Loved having my own private dock, and a pool, too. So very peaceful. It is a mile to the nearest grocery store, and there are no extras in the house, fyi. Inky’s nearby is very good albeit not cheap. I would highly recommend this place, and come back in a heartbeat. The communication with Vacasa is the best I have ever had, and I’ve been all over the world and stayed at many rentals.

Summary: We feel fortunate to have found this condo apartment over the time of the LobsterFest in Placencia. Located just outside of Seine Bight, it was a quick drive to anything we wanted to see on the peninsula. Bright, clean, and large, it had everything we would want for our stay. Though, furnishings are minimal - for us, perfect, for others, maybe not so. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a terrace overlooking a good sized pool. Best of all, just past the pool was the beach and the ocean. We would spend hours on the terrace just watching and listening to the waves. Great restaurants were nearby, as well as shops for groceries. We had one minor issue requiring communication with the online concierge. Our issue was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would most definitely be pleased to stay here again and have already recommended Les Caraibes highly to our friends.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beachside apartment. Every morning and evening found us enjoying time on the deck. We enjoyed walking to the end of the dock and seeing what we could see from there. Several times the water was calm enough for us to spot fish swimming past (The trumpeters were our favorites.), and the sea birds put up with our presence. The AC worked well. We didn't plan on doing much cooking, so we were okay with the limited kitchen supplies (plates and cups for two people). We did enjoy making coffee every morning! Others have mentioned the glass door. We weren't bothered by it, mostly because we were the only ones staying on our level of the building. We did make sure to tuck everything out of site before we left the property. We rented a car during our stay, so the distance from the main section of Placencia was great for us. Very quiet! The hummingbirds and other birds were our main companions.

Summary: The view was beautiful when it is sunset and sunrise. Inside the room, it was modern and clean. It was really hard to put the key as if it was stuck. However, We enjoyed the stay and our concierge was really helpful 😊.

Summary: The property itself was really clean and had all the basics. . It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer towards the end of our stay (eliminating the necessity to haul wet and dirty clothes back home with us) . The view was amazing, ( you are right there on the beach) . We enjoyed early morning coffee out on the dock, and afternoons reading by the pool. Plenty of amazing places to eat nearby and everyone was exceptionally friendly. The Wi-Fi didn’t always work but we were on vacation, it was nice to be unplugged.
