This unique studio is one of three units located right on the water in Bodega Bay. It's perfect spot for a romantic weekend for two. You'll enjoy INCREDIBLE sweeping and panoramic views as the house is surrounded on three sides by water! Watch the boats pass by, hundreds of birds and occasionally seals and otters pop their heads up to say hello...
You will enjoy a comfy King Size bed, modern kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and private balcony OVER THE WATER! You can cozy up by the wood stove or take advantage of the smart TV and Starlink internet & WIFI. Well behaved pets welcome with approval.
The Bays Edge is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate, or to use as a base for exploring the Sonoma Coast. Wine tours, whale watching, world class golf, kayaking, fishing, clamming, hiking, biking, deep sea fishing, olive oil and cheese tours, kite surfing and gorgeous beaches.
Bodega Bay is located just an hour and 15 minutes from San Francisco, and less than an hour from Napa and Sonoma. The Russian River is just 15 minutes away, so there is truly something for everyone.
Originally the historic Bodega Bay Creamery house, now a vacation rental triplex. We have 3 units, all with private balconies and shared beach / water access. Our home is a QUIET, peaceful home directly on the shore of Bodega Bay. The only sounds, noise we want our guests to remember are those of bodega tides rolling in and out, birds, seals, otters and the fog horn and ocean waves crashing in the distance. Please be respectful to our neighbors and other guests. This is NOT a place to come and have a loud party.

Summary: The driveway is a little tricky especially getting out. It’s narrow and uphill and dumps you onto highway one. The transition from driveway to highway made both my rear tires spin trying to get out while cars are already traveling 45mph

Summary: This was our second time in Bodega Bay. This location was great. My husband was able to fish and go and I was able to relax. The owner is nice. It was clean and had every thing you need. Also close to restaurants and stores. I do not want to stay no where else when we return. We were right on the water.

Summary: Loved the property. We usually go to Monterey Bay for our get aways, but this was a nice change of scenery. Love seeing the birds, sea lions and all the fishing boats.

Summary: We stayed during a rainy windy cold week. There is really no heat. Only a little space heater. The wood stove works, but you have to buy your own wood. The walkway to the upstairs unit is not to code. There is no railing on one side. And you are basically walking over a roof that goes straight down to the water. It feels dangerous. The owner should be more clear about these issues. We are in our late 70’s and I wouldn’t suggest that older folks stay in this unit.

Summary: This place is truly lovely. Marine life is all around you. Views are breathtaking and the Boat House restaurant is practically next door. (Delicious) We enjoyed our stay so much. Very comfortable bed and every need was easily met. This place is absolutely beautiful!!!
