We have two apartments that we rent out to guests all year round. The Romantic upstairs apartment is a long loft style space, open plan, with a double bed, bathroom, cosy area with armchairs and a fully equipped industrial style kitchen and generous dining table. The upstairs apartment has access to a private terrace with table and chairs and a hammock. The swimming pool is set at a distance from the apartments, visible but far enough away to remain private. It is surrounded by olive trees with a vine shaded lounging area at the end.

We have a large orto and guests are encouraged to help themselves to fruit and vegetables in season. We bottle our own Prosecco and Verduzzo and make our own olive oil. Guests are welcome to purchase bottles to take home with them. We supply meals on request, served on the terrace or brought into the apartment to be eaten indoors, at a cost of €20 per adult, €15 per child, for a three course meal with wine.

Guests can bring dogs on request. We have three very friendly dogs and two rather cold hearted cats.

Summary: Number 21 is a stunning authentic property that doesn't feel like a holiday let but instead someone's home. The gardens and pool are really well looked after and provide plenty of shade from the Italian sun. The vegetable patch which we were allowed to help ourselves to provided some of the tastiest and freshest food I've ever eaten. Tamsin is a wonderful friendly host without being obtrusive. My daughter has already asked when can we return! Thanks for a lovely holiday

Summary: We had a great week. We loved our apartment although we were out and about so much in beautiful Le Marche, that we didn't spend much time at home! Wandering through the olive trees to the pool, and reclining under the grape laden vine, was just idyllic. When we were at home for lunch we would wind our way up to our terrace and go out to Mogliano for the best gelato in the Zanzibar. Tamsin has made the apartment into a relaxing and comfortable place to stay and it's lovely that she and Aldo are happy to answer our manifold questions about the area - best bakery, local art and jazz, best beaches etc I would really recommend this little corner of Italian heaven

Summary: What an amazing place! Tamsin is so kind and generous with her time and local knowledge. The apartment is great, everything you need for your stay, including beach towels! (what a bonus!) The pool is gorgeous, so well kept. The local beaches are really fun. The household dogs are so lovely and chilled out, as are the cats - happy to have the children pet them and never trying to nick food or come into the apartment - much to the children's disapointment! The abundent vegetable patch provided the children with excellent jobs - as the foragers of our lunchtime salad! It was my husbands birthday while we were staying and we asked Tamsin if she could cook for us! Well, wow! I would highly recommend the experience, the food as delicious, authentic, italian. The setting was just phenomenal - candle lit, four courses, looking through the olive trees to the valley and houses on the surrounding hills. It was an utter highlight for us. Total bliss. There is nothing I would change and there is nothing else I could have added on! I would recomend this holiday more than any other we have been on. Tamsin - thank you so much for a wonderful stay, making us feel so welcome and inspiring us and the girls in so many ways! Much love, The Greens.

Summary: What a beautiful place! Authentic apartment, large garden with olive trees and an amazing view over the hills and village, swimming pool. An excellent spot to relax after a morning or afternoon of visiting one of the many medieval villages nearby. Tamsin is a very kind and helpful host who immediately made us feel very welcome. We had a great holiday with our 3 year old daughter and would recommend it especially for families with young children!

Summary: We, three adults and two small children, had a very nice time in Mogliano. The appartment is nice and cosy and the garden is beautiful with lots of olive trees. Also the location is really nice, not completely remote but very quiet. The children loved the dogs and cats and we were free to pick up eggs from the chicken. Also Tamsin, the owner, is very polite and helpful. We like to come back...

Summary: Ideal for the three of us. Comfortable beds - spacious bathroom with a shower that had plentiful hot water. Adequate kitchen enabling us to produce some fantastic alfresco lunches! Owners generosity was stupendous and they kindly gave us free access to the garden where we picked lettuce, tomato, peppers, aubergine, chillies and our favourite - zucchini flowers! Wild oregano, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf growing in and round the 100 year-old olive trees from which a very inviting hammock was waiting! Lovely pool within 5 minutes of our front door - very secluded and beautifully maintained. A very warm and inviting property so no hesitation to recommend to others!

Summary: We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. Rustic but well appointed, the house and the surroundings are instantly relaxing. Tamsin and Aldo were wonderful, warm hosts, insisting not only that we help ourselves to the vegetable garden but even inviting us to Ferragosto dinner with their friends and family. Our 2 year old loved the freedom to run around and explore, visiting the chickens every morning and you could see her actually learning to chill out and slow down her usual frenetic toddler pace. If in August, and you're prone, just make sure you pack the mozi repellent, I'm sure the same goes for anywhere in central Italy. The house is a 5 minute drive from Mogliano, with two supermarkets, cafes and a weekly market. At the top of the road is a trattoria where we got great take-away pizza one night. In less than an hour's drive you can be at the sea. We recommend Sirolo (follow signs to the spiaggia urbani). Park at the top, 5-10 minute walk down and shuttle bus back up. Get there in the morning and book a table at the main fish restaurant on the beach. We also had a lovely day driving into the Sibilini and spent the afternoon at one of the lakes. We would heartily recommend Tamsin's house and we would love to go back.
