Summary: This stay was amazing with the view and quietness. Doug and sherri were extremely nice and helpful. The dog was very nice. Fishing was not that good but was better than working. Would really recommend this place.

Summary: Wonderful week! Great location. Lots of outdoor activities at the property and surrounding area. Beautiful views! Everything you need is right there. Doug and Sherrie are great hosts! Enjoyed kayaking to the island and to the local restaurant.

Summary: My husband and I had a great time at Fondaview! The hosts Sherrie & Doug were so welcoming. They checked in with us & offered helpful suggestions, making sure our stay was going well. It was easy to find comfort indoors. The rental is very clean, well supplied, with beautiful lake decor. We especially enjoyed all the outdoor inviting places to relax & take in the view! The adorable screened in porch was perfect for am yoga & pm candle chats drinking wine with hubby to plan our next day. Had a great time exploring area antiquing, visiting Adirondack Animal Land (so close) & had nice meals out. Saving the best for last is Sacandaga Lake, a priceless amenity this rental affords. We enjoyed fishing kayaks, lakefront deck/dock, watching lake boating activity, sunning, floating. Missing it already & hoping to return soon!!!

Summary: What a beautiful setting. Everything was perfect. Hosts were so lovely. They went above and beyond with all the things you will need for a fantastic visit. So well appointed, all the little details that make traveling a success. Doug and Sherrie met all our expectations. Could not have asked for a more peaceful and tranquil stay. Summary: We had a wonderful time here. Lots of nice sitting areas throughout the property. Sherrie and Doug are excellent hosts. Very helpful and responsive. There were kayaks that we paddled on. We hope to come back soon.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here. Sherrie and Doug thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. There are lots of areas to sit and relax, from the screened in porch, the patio chairs, the lawn, ...the view of the lake from inside is stunning. We enjoyed having access to kayak on the lake right from their beautiful property. Sherrie and Doug are wonderful hosts!
