Summary: Dave was an exceptional host. He made sure that we had plenty of supplies available. He was a phone call or text away for any questions or concerns. He was very generous and gracious when we needed to extend our time in his rental. The house was cozy, warm, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Johnstown, NY.

Summary: Classic home, very comfortable! Host is wonderful to work with and very kind and helpful. Home lacks nothing in our opinion. Neighborhood is quiet and nicely kept up. Home is spacious and it’s easy to cook meals or snacks. Can’t say enough good about our stay except that we certainly hope to be able to come back another time!! There are few homes in this area for a stay like this, so this was perfection for us!
