Positive: Conveniently located near the entrance of 210 freeway, which allows access to shops and attractions in old town Pasadena. Owners are very nice, friendly, responsive and helpful. There are ample supplies in the house. Every thing works!
Negative: Perhaps the number 1 reason is Evolve the management company. While the owners were able to confirm that I do not need to clean up after I leave, Evolve kept telling me before and on the day I check out that I need to do the dishes, put the bedding set in the washer, and take the trash across the street where there is supposedly a dumpster. Well, cross the street is the neighbor’s house. I believe they would be VERY upset if I dumped four bags of trash on their private property. Evolve said that if those unspoken “rules” are not followed I will be fined 😓.
Summary: Good location, great place, friendly owners but clueless management company.

Positive: There was a door code. No keys involved. It was easy access. The mangos fresh from the tree given to my parents when they arrived were amazing. It was a nice surprise for us all in the morning.
Negative: Everything was great from the location, the theme, the complimentary cold drinks and coffee, and as mentioned previously the fresh mangos from their tree. We were told they had grapes recently too. The owners were friendly and attentive. We had no complaints or issues.
Summary: The house was conveniently located, tucked quietly away in a cozy corner minutes from everything.

Positive: The host is very easy to communicate with and supportive. The place has a very nice verandah with lots of grapes.

Positive: We were so impressed with how beautiful this property is. Everything was exceptional and we Could tell so much thought went into not only the decoration but also providing everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen including drinks & snacks left for us in the fridge and on the kitchen table. The owners are so kind and Maya even gave us a ride to and from the grocery store so we didn’t have to get an Uber. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the LA area. Thank you Maya and Val for a wonderful time.

Positive: Location in Pasadena is very convenient to Downtown LA and various important locations in LA and Pasadena. Nice quiet neighborhood. Decorations were nice and elegant. Many amenities provided in facility including laundry machine and nice old fashioned fridge. Many complementaries were provided including all the necessary ingredients for cooking in the kitchen.
Negative: Laundry machine could stop working from time to time during washing cycle (Error code: E10) which may stop it from complete the washing and drying cycle
Summary: Nice and heart warming facility, will come and stay again
