This luxury 1 Bedroom Villa is among the largest of the 1 bedroom villas on Anguilla with 1100 sq ft of living area and nearly 3000 sq ft of outdoor patio and pool deck area. Completely private, gated and fully screened with louvered security windows. Almond Tree Villa is a 5 Star rated, well known and popular Honeymoon villa and couples retreat. Enjoy the Outdoor BBQ and 2 wet bars with villa wide IPOD music system.
220 degree breathtaking panoramic island views of St. Maarten, St. Barth's, Statia, St. Kitts, Nevis are the best in Anguilla. Expansive covered and open air patios and Crow's Nest overlooks a private pool. The Villa is caressed by warm tropical trade winds year round. Private gardens full of aromatic tropical plants greet you at the entrance. World class beaches (rated by numerous travel magazines) are just a short drive away. Beaches are quiet and uncrowded with many fun beach bars for lunch. In the evening, countless world class or casual restaurants all just a short car ride from the villa.
A Rental Car will be reserved for all guest upon request with no advance payment required.
The romantic and completely private outdoor shower is accessed from the master bathroom. Enjoy a warm shower under the stars as the cool evening breeze refreshes and invigorates you.

All Guests will be met at the Island port of entry (Blowing Point or Wallblake Airport) by a Villa representative and escorted to the property. Summary: What a wonderful 11 days at Almond Tree Villa. Wonderful property with everthing one might need for a romantic stay. From the pool to the Crow's Nest to the attention to detail, one can't go wrong with stay here. The hosts are beyond accomodating even meeting us ar the ferry with a rental car. We definarely will be back.

Summary: From the time of booking until when we left could not have enough positive things to say about the Almond Tree Villa. Received detailed instructions long before arrival and Sue made every arrangement possible so that all we had to do was get there. Responded immediately to any question and even people on the island knew who they were by the Villa name. Had every amenity you could want and a Housekeeper that came every other day during our 8 days and even did our laundry. It is definitely on the quieter east end but nothing is far in Anguilla. We actually enjoyed going to the more “touristy” areas and then being able to have more peacefulness when we chose. The pool and views were fantastic and if the food wasn’t so good on the island the kitchen and grill had everything for a dinner at home. Stay could not have been better. Could not imagine staying any place else and once you stay in Anguilla you will return. Best people in the world. Thanks Joe and Sue and couple making the trip to to Anguilla would not find a better place than the Almond Tree. Even better than the pictures!!

Summary: Almond Tree was a lovely place to stay. There is plenty of room for 4 plus people but it has only one bedroom. With so much space it seems a shame that there are not more bedrooms.....especially the outdoor space! Jeanette (the cleaning lady) came every second day which really makes a difference in a warm climate. Virtually bug-less! The pool man was there regularly which was also great. A loose handle on the sink or when a plastic handle on the fridge broke the repairman was there the next day. For a quiet and relaxing time this is a great location. Thank you Sue and Joseph! Sorry we missed meeting you.

Summary: The villa was lovely and extremely well equipped. Loved the quiet location and fabulous view. Was impossible to tear oneself away from the pool. Sue and Joe ( villa owners) were there and they were very kind and helpful. We stayed for 15 nights and then went to a resort for 5 nights. Summary: The villa is in a quiet & private area of Anguilla, which is a perfect location to spend a week with your significant other. Clean & well kept we enjoyed that pool area, upstairs deck & hanging out in the kitchen area the most. For us this villa was huge & a total dream vacation!

Summary: My boyfriend and I fell in love with the Almond Tree Villa and the island of Anguilla. First of all, the villa itself was perfect for us two, it had a huge bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, amazing space outside to relax and have coffee together and there was a huge pool for us to jump in after a long day exploring the island! The villa is also located in a quiet part of town with very friendly neighbors and perfect area to take walks together. Anguilla is also a very amazing island between the beaches, food, people, and culture we had an amazing time! I would 100 percent recommend almond tree for your next stay!

Summary: This is our second time staying at Almond Tree Villa -- it is our new home on the island! Joe and Sue are wonderful and easy to work with and the villa is breathtakingly beautiful. The arrangements are always perfect, from being met at the airport by the villa manager and the rental car (which was arranged for us), to the housekeeping and laundry service, to the gifts on arrival. And the location is perfect -- we love walking from the villa down to the rocky shore, and all of the restaurants we love are on the east side of the island so it is a great place to be. (Of course, easy to get anywhere.) The pool, the crow's rest for breakfast island-gazing, and the comfortable accommodations are all perfect. Sure, there are high end resorts on Anguilla, but we would much rather spend our time (and money) enjoying the island and its people than staying inside a complex that could be anywhere . . . . We highly recommend Almond Tree Villa for your Anguilla vacation.

Summary: My husband and I had a fantastic week on Anguilla, due in large part to the accommodations at Almond Tree. The owners have literally thought of everything that one could need. The furnishings are nice (and comfortable), the internet connection and t.v service reliable, the view superb, and the attentiveness of the property manager and housekeeper top notch. It was great to get restaurant and activity recommendations from the owners before we arrived - it made the vacation seem longer because of the anticipation of good things to come! We can’t wait to go back!
