Just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor adventures, this rural retreat in the Avery’s Creek Community is a sanctuary of peacefulness. Along with the horses in the pasture you are bound to see wild turkeys and deer and hear bull frogs on summer nights.
Your Private Hot Tub is on a covered porch with a spectacular view of the mountains from the spacious lounge seats. This spa hot tub features 31 jets and 2 full body seats.
Your fully equipped private bungalow overlooks our private fishing pond and horse pasture. You can take a short hike on the wooded property, fish for trout, bass and brim or plan your day sipping coffee on the porch and end it sitting around a warm campfire sharing stories from your day’s adventure.
This convenient location is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast. Your romantic get-away is located just 10 minutes from the Mountains to Sea Trail, water sports on the French Broad River, hiking and biking at Bent Creek and the NC Arboretum. You are 10 minutes from dining, shopping and entertainment at Biltmore Park and Sierra Nevada Brewery, 15 minutes from the airport, North Mills River National Forest Recreation Area, and the Asheville Outlet Mall and 20 minutes from West Asheville, The Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village, the River Arts District and Downtown Asheville.
Special amenities that can be arranged through the owners for an additional fee include: 1) Horse boarding for up to 2 horses during your stay. We will be happy to take you on a guided tour of some of our favorite riding trails in North and South Mills River, DuPont State Forest or Davidson River Recreation Area. 2) Guided hiking or trout fishing.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. We loved the intimate setting and privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub and used it almost every day. We also loved that the cabin a had a big screened in porch.

Summary: Couldn't have asked for a better spot for a few days in the Asheville area. Loved eating out on the porch and then enjoying our downtime in the hot tub. Sierra Nevada Brewery is a short drive and its beautiful, but we decided to go straight back to our private spot and enjoy the peace there instead! Loved the personal touches when we arrived and the owner is readily available if needed. Can't wait to go back!

Summary: My partner and I spent our three year anniversary here! It’s was an absolutely amazing stay! Downtown Asheville is so close, there’s so many trails, and good food/drink! The home was very cozy and comfortable, the host was extremely kind! We cannot wait to come back! 15/10 honestly!

Summary: My husband and I wanted a quiet getaway for the weekend, and this cabin was perfect for us. It was the ideal size for our stay. The screened porch overlooking the pond was incredibly relaxing, and the hot tub allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even when it was a bit chilly outside. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals on-site; all you need to do is bring your own food. Donna and Curtis are great hosts. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We had a great stay at this lovely cabin on a pond. Donna was very friendly and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub and a nice hike around the property. The location was perfect for seeing Asheville and the surrounding areas. We would stay here again!

Summary: Cozy little cabin home secluded but close enough to society. This property met all expectations. I decided to suprise my girlfriend with a weekend at this lovely home for her 30th birthday and we could not have asked for more. The owner was very nice and helpful for anything that we needed during our stay. Beautiful views, comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom, perfectly placed firepit for the cold nights, and I cant forget the wonderful hottub. This was the best romantic mtn getaway for us. Thank you for having us.
