Positive: nice room, excellent Restaurant and nice staff

Negative: Location; located on a main street so traffic starts early. mattresses were not comfortable for my taste. way too soft, which gave me a backache.

Positive: The decor of the hotel was consistently romantic and cosy from top to bottom, the wooden features made it feel instantly homely and warm, especially with the sound of the floor boards at the breakfast room. It was a lovely summer stay in the mountains but I can imagine would be extra cute in the winter. Food was brilliant, and staff so hospitable.

Negative: The size of the rooms were quite small, as are the bathrooms, we would have been more comfortable if we'd have packed a lot lighter, and if I wasn't so heavily pregnant!

Summary: Genuinely romantic and cosy mountain stay, luxurious service overall making a very special stay

Positive: Very charming, cosy rooms. We had two interconnecting rooms which were perfect for a family of 4. Good location in the centre of the village. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Again the decor and charm of the place was perfect.

Negative: Right across from a lovely church but if not used to noise the bells chime even at 4am! Not a problem in winter when the windows are shut but be aware in summer maybe.

Summary: Excellent, charming hotel, ideally placed. Friendly staff.

Positive: Very nice rooms like in a Chalet, excellent dinner, service not good

Negative: Service team: Most not very nice (except one), not competent (put wine on table without looking at us), did not want to give us an invoice "you must say this at checkin!!". Owner seems nice but has to straighten out his team. No Eggs for breakfast because the cook was not there (at 09.30 the cook was still sleeping? do you need a cook for eggs?)

Summary: Very nice room, great dinner, but service unfriendly.
