Positive: I loved the location, ease of access to the property, ability to check in early when available. The apartment decor was very nice as well.
Negative: The lack of furniture in the living room. Even a side chair or 2 would have made it more functional for 4 people.

Positive: Our stay at this Rome rental was perfect! The location couldn't have been better – nestled on a truly charming street brimming with fantastic local restaurants and delightful businesses. We spent so much time just strolling around, soaking in the genuine Roman atmosphere, and it was simply gorgeous. Every evening felt like a dream, with delicious food and beautiful surroundings right at our doorstep. Highly, highly recommend for an authentic and convenient Roman experience!
Negative: The only minor challenge we encountered was with taxi access. As the street the property is on is closed to traffic, and using the main city square address sometimes confused drivers, getting a taxi directly to the door could be a bit tricky. The property owner was very helpful and provided a specific alternative address to use, which was key – the main hurdle was simply ensuring the taxi drivers utilized that provided address. Once we got the hang of it, it was manageable.
Summary: The charm and beauty of the house and its immediate surroundings made our stay truly wonderful.

Positive: Perfect blend of old Rome and designer flair. Location is awesome, perfectly situated for easy access to St. Peter’s and the Vatican as well as all the major sites in ancient Rome.
Negative: Check in person was a little rough around the edges and could have been more welcoming. But the owner (not the dude who showed up to simply give us the key then left) was very nice and helpful. She arranged a driver to pick us up to take us to the airport on our departure.
Summary: A very exquisite Rome jewel, spacious and comfortable and clean and well worth the price, especially compared to the tin

Negative: Strange that trash was outside and only accessible via the master. 2nd shower is VERY small. Ok for kids but awkward for an adult.
