Summary: Pool was under construction. Pipes in the room had a bad smell. Shower would fill up with water. Curtain would not roll up. WiFi went out on the first day and was not fixed. Key card kept deactivating after room was cleaned each time. Front desk kept blaming me. Some items weren’t replaced when room service came. A loud train behind the hotel kept waking our family up all night.

Summary: The power went off for 2 days. No air conditioner. No water. They don’t offer money back.

Summary: Room was clean and modern. Does not have a refrigetator in the room the safe did not work.

Summary: The staff was serviceable and with customer care. The room was beautiful and the price was excellent. One caveat is the proximity to the train tracks and the fact that trains pass theough at any time, even during the night, using their horn as warning.
