Negative: There was no hot water (neither shower nor handwashing station) so we had to take a cold shower before checking out due to the lack of time. No receptionist at the check out time, so we had to leave the key on the counter and couldn’t inform about the water issue. Besides, there was a smell of drain/sewers in the bathroom the whole time.

Summary: The suites are the best to stay for a longer time - lot of space and the feeling of the 19th century

Positive: Beautiful building, great buffet breakfast and Emma was amazing on check-in when we arrived late on a dark showy evening and after long drive.

Negative: We arrived late and weren't aware that the restaurant was closed for dinner due to the holidays. We would have appreciated that having been very clear to us on booking. But we managed with delivery services.
