This modern and spacious penthouse apartment is situated on the popular Roda Beach and Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and separate shower room. There is a sofa bed in the lounge therefore accommodating up to 6 guests. It has a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and there are English and Spanish TV channels. Internet access is also available. A lovely balcony area has spiral steps to the very large and private roof solarium. There is free parking bays outside the apartment and allocated parking spaces underground for a small supplement. The communal pool is close the the apartment set in grassed areas.
