Summary: The house is very accommodating. We had a group of 12 women. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of living space. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck. However, we had breakfast and dinner on the patio right off of the dining room. We had plenty of space for everyone. it was very easy to walk to downtown Golden. Definitely a five star.

Summary: My 2 girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The photos and listing are accurate. The place is clean, and the beds and leather couch are comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top deck, hot tub, and fire pit! The property management company is wonderfully responsive and communicative. They even accommodated our early arrival and let us leave our luggage in the garage until our check-in time. The house is a half mile walk to the main strip of downtown Golden, 1 block from a Safeway, 15-minute drive to Red Rocks, and <25-minute drive to Denver. Very convenient and quiet location. Would stay here again if we were to return to Golden.

Summary: We loved staying at this property. It was very clean, comfortable and the rooftop hot tub was to die for. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Summary: Came with some girlfriends for a birthday trip. The house is perfect - lots of rooms with comfy beds, lots of outdoor hanging space which was perfect and an easy walk to downtown Golden. The rooftop hot tub and area was the best. We loved our time here!

Summary: Really clean, cute and well appointed property! Perfect for our stay to see Golden and hit Red Rocks. Place feels bigger than the photos depict. Lots of essentials in the kitchen. Nice outdoor spaces although we didn’t have time to use them.
