Summary: Excellent in every way! Friendly host, clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom with clean fluffy towels and firm, comfortable bed and bedding. Tea and coffee in the room and a delicious breakfast. Quiet location with fantastic garden! Full range of extras available on request. Nothing was too much trouble.

Summary: A little Gem tucked away out of site in quiet surroundings, decorated with a modern fresh theme with a good size bed and shower. Fresh milk for tea and coffee is available in an accessible fridge. A good breakfast, full English, cereal and toast. Host couldn't do enough for you and a lovely lady. Situated about 20 minutes from Hull, 40 minutes from Lincoln and just over an hour from Skegness should you want to explore the area.

Summary: Nice rural location and quiet. Clean and good facilities. Very friendly owners. Good parking space and driveway. Needed a bit more heating perhaps. Good breakfast, would have liked butter if available but I didn't ask. Very good stay, would recommend.
