Summary: This stay met my needs as I wanted a room to house in and the freedom to cook my own food during my stay while attending an extensive course close by off campus. This facility provided a community/student hostel type feeling of environment in which I shared the kitchen and rest of the house with the couple that lived there. I stayed when students were on summer break and not living there at that time.

Summary: Walked in, walked out and booked a room elsewhere in another city. It was graduation weekend and everything was booked. This is a great spot for students, good location and price but no privacy and cleanliness is moderate at best.

Summary: Only a short time here but it gave me a feeling of family, peaceful scenery, friendly people. The way the landlady helped me cook rice touched me. Next time I have a chance to come to Fairfield, USA, I will definitely stay here. Thanks for everything

Summary: The property owners were very accommodating and kind. It was a very quiet atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and checkout was just as easy as the check-in. I would stay here again.
