Positive: Staff, cleanliness The woman in charge of accommodations is very helpful

Negative: I paid for a room with balcony and I got a room without one. On top of that, it was the worst (attic) room in the entire place. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone taller than 180 cm, because I'm 185 cm and had to bend over everywhere I went.
