Summary: When we got to the property they did not have our reservation. We had reserved a villa on the end with a view of the mountains, which unfortunately was not available. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new villa, even buying us dinner and breakfast because of the mix up. I would highly recommend!
