Summary: Adequate, but a lot of rough edges. Garbage around the outside was reported but owner never replied. Nail heads poking out of kitchen floor, sliding door sticky and needs maintenance. Very overpriced for the quality.

Summary: While the location is great, the rental itself leaves a lot to be desired. The actual interior of the rental does not match the listing photos. Paint, furniture, decor…very different in person. The rental does its job, AC works, toilets flush - but if you care about the details, look elsewhere. The paint job in the master bathroom and lower level bathroom is haphazard. Trim in the bathroom was falling off. A window covering was held up with duct tape. The kitchen floor feels squishy; there is obvious water damage to near the kitchen sink floor. There are no bedside lamps in the master bedroom. The light switches all around the living room are confusing and many don’t work. Even better, while I understand appliances break, prior to arriving about 30 minutes from the rental I got a notification that the fridge was being replaced because the prior one broke down. The new unit was not brand new, and it never got cold for us. The cold food we brought had to be tossed as it spoiled. We did contact the property owner but so much back and forth, and a maintenance person never showed. I was refunded a little bit for lack of the appliance. Given what the photos showed and what we arrived to…we were disappointed. At least keep the property listing photos to date.

Summary: Hd a group of 5 friends stay here for a long weekend. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for eating, playing games together, and relaxing by the campfire. Beautiful tucked away spot in the woods also gave us some privacy. We loved this listing and highly would recommend!!

Summary: Secluded and private but not very well- maintained. The deck is in pretty bad shape and needs new gates. The inside was very functional and pretty clean. Good water pressure. Bottled water provided. Nice couches.

Summary: We arrived to the property and found the entry instructions easy to follow. Upon arrival we found large amounts of garbage and glass strewn across the driveway and side yard. Upon entering the property we noticed food splashed across the dishwasher and cabinets. Many cabinets and/or pieces of trim were held in place with tape. Some interior doors to bathrooms/bedrooms do not close. Safety concerns included double patio doors secured by 2x4s only, loose patio planks that popped up from the deck as you walked across it (tripping hazard), glass across the driveway (pets), and one of our dogs caught a mouse IN THE HOUSE the last night we were there. Not cool! Be very careful as you enter the property through the garage, the door step is about to break off. Overall the interior is worn and needed a deep clean. Garbage from prior guests was found under the beds upstairs, and the yard is very overgrown. The pictures are deceptive. We called the contact who was the property owner. He seemed surprised by our reports but in reading reviews, these issues have been mentioned in the past. He was willing to come up to the place but this would have meant our giving up time from our plans.
