Air conditioned and electric heat. Full bathroom and laundry facilities in separate building a few steps away.

All utilities (electric, water, and trash).
All bedding and towels.
All dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator/freezer and microware.

Pipe horse pens with automatic waterers and barrel feeders.

Summary: We met some very nice people from different places. Everyone made us feel comfortable. Loved that our dogs were welcome. The tent was so very nice, even with all of the rain. Hope we would be able to bring our horses @ some future time.

Summary: Very nice folks. Very safe, clean and comfortable. Internet is not available at the tent but rather by the owners house which is a 2 minute walk from the tent. Bring your own toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, food, etc. No stores nearby.

Summary: Nice wall tent with nice amenities, including shower, laundry, club house. Very friendly ropers and riders - good company and very interesting place! This is a great value and I can't understand why they don't charge more!
