Positive: The house was super clean and set up with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything needed and we did barbeque two times. The patio was lovely and the pool looked really clean and sparkley. Because the weathe was very cool, we did not use the pool although our grandsons really wanted to jump in. The pool table on the patio was used extensively and we all loved sitting at the bar outside for lunch. We all went down and petted the horse each day.
Negative: There was no TV in the master bedroom and in one of the bedrooms. Also, the mattress in master needs to be replaced. My husband was sleeping in a hole on his side of the bed. Family reports that the mattresses in the other bedrooms need replacing as well.
Summary: This is a beautiful spaccious home for a family with everything you need.

Positive: The Wickenburg Ranch House is beautiful and very spacious with all the comforts of home and then some. We were able to pet the horses and give them special treats. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Very nicely equipped home with everything we needed. Super Comfy beds too!
