Här finns närheten till både sandstränder, fiske, golfbanor, mysig småstadsmiljö i Wallanders Ystad, gamla skånska slott och herresäten samt det böljande Österlen.
Nedervåning: öppen planlösning med ett mycket välutrustat kök, med allt som behövs för dig som gillar att laga mat. Vardagsrumsdel med 2 soffor (varav 1 bäddsoffa), Storbilds-TV (inga kanaler) med möjlighet att koppla in dator m.m samt matbord.
