Positive: The beach and shops are close by. There's no street noise at all, even though a busy street with karaoke, bars, and shops is located nearby. The host was hospitable and quickly resolved any queries that arose. Cozy gardens with fruit trees and seating areas front and back of the apartment. The apartment is cool; even in summer, we rarely turned on the air conditioning.

Positive: Very basic apartament, but spacious and bright, with good energy, it is a pleasure to be there. Beautiful mountain views from the balcony , very peaceful. Real countryside feel- roosters and hens nearby; you can hear crickets in the evening. Very relaxing atmosphere. 10 min walk to a very good beach and all the shops
Negative: The owner could put new curtains, preferably the ones that don't allow daylight through, as it was very bright even at night. And in the morning the sun wakes you up very early. Also, there were no warmer blankets in the room, so it got quite cold during the night. The first night we had to sleep in our jumpers . Literally nowhere to put all your makeup and toiletries in the bathroom, so had to put them on the bathroom floor Not enough cups in the room, so had to buy 2 cups ourselves, also no tea towels ( had to use normal bathroom towel, and that is not very hygienic, obviously ) To sum up: beautiful peaceful location , especially if you live in a big noisy city and just want to get away and recharge in a place of quietness and tranquility. Also great for pensioners. Not suitable for the young and energetic, as Sarigerme is very small with literally nowhere to go and nothing to do. The owner is very friendly and lives in the apartment on the top floor. Seems to speak some English, that is rare around coastal Turkey as we learned from our travel experience) To the owner ( recommendations about what to improve ): 1. Change curtains 2.Put a few shelves in the bathroom to put makeup and toiletries 3. Provide warmer blankets 4 Invest in tea towels to use in the kitchen 5. Do check the plates/ cups/ knifes and forks after each stay, so that new people have enough 6. Extra recommendation: invest in a small mini-oven, would be a great option for people to be able to make a pizza/ roast chicken and other stuff that you can't cook on the hob ( this would definitely earn you some good feedback from future travellers ) 7. Provide some tea/ coffee packets, so people who arrive late at night could have at least a cup of hot tea or coffee ( would cost you not much, but people appreciate small things like this ) All in all we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again ! We wishing the owner prosperity and growth of his business!

Positive: We stayed in the holiday home and absolutely loved it as we're hippies who like things simple, rustic and away from noisy crowds. The location was perfect for us - rural but midway between the beautiful beach and town with amazing views of the starry sky.. Suleiman was very helpful and being able to eat the vegetables and fruit growing in the garden was amazing (peppers, aubergine, grapes, bergamot and pomegranates). The water was always hot (but sometimes needed time to come through) and I got great wi-fi (my friend's was more erratic). We would definitely stay here again.
Negative: We loved how basic and quirky it is but if you're after luxury and lots of utensils, you'll probably need to book elsewhere.
